How cold or warm is your bedroom (tempertaure-wise, of course)?


Research shows people sleep better when it’s a little chilly in the room.

Usually cooler than the rest of the house, between 64 & 68. We try to sleep with the windows open for as long as possible, but in the Rocky Mountains that option becomes limited in the winter months.

68 works for me and my bilevel humidifier set at 80% humidity takes care of the warmth and moisture
