i sleep pretty good with my bibab machine and i get up when ever i wake, but what if i have a reason to get up a little earler for my golf game, is it ok to wake early?
You should strive for about 7-8 hours continuous sleep each night.
If I have to get up earlier than normal, I set the alarm for that wake up time, and count back 8 hours to determine what time I need to go to bed by. This method works for me.
